I hope it won't happens in anyone life, either it's about men or women. Indeed the bitter reality of professional life is really unfair for both men & women in some situations.
Women:
Women's gets benefits of being selected during an interview if the interviewer is not professional or have some kind of soft corner for females. It doesn't apply in all situations. Most of the females get selected because of their appearance & most of them rejected for the same reasons. During Job, many females being labeled as #Rude #Unfriendly #Arrogant because of their professional attitude towards every colleague. Because they don't get frank with any male colleague by crossing their limits. They have to face various #complains #Displined meetings for being professional....Creepy!!! Also, their rise in salary is being offered low because of those complaints.
Employers love to give charity, arrange meals for poor but they aren't willing to pay the actually deserving amount to their employees. This is the bitter reality of today. We love to give where we can have photo session & show off but we won't be willing to give someone with right hand without know the left hand. Indeed such deeds won't be rewarded because Allah S.W.T judges people by:
Inna mal amal binniyat
the sincerity of intentions.
Mens:
Men get more suffered during the search for a job. The phrase revert here, Men is an enemy of another man. Sorry to say but it is the reality. The interviewer who hires a female because her looks need to be honest not for the one who is monitoring him (Supervisor) but for the one, WHO IS MONITORING EVERYBODY! Be honest to one who is watching everybody, keep the family background & financial situation of a person in your mind before rejected him. Keep an eye on the months or years he has been unemployed, how he is managing his homely responsibilities?
You can be a source of their job, its because Allah S.W.T wants you to help others. Be honest, don't judge people in one event. Make sure you do the best justice that satisfies your inner souls & gives you inner peace. Allah has allowed both men & women to work. Judge each employee as an employee (Competitive level) neglecting their gender, physical appearance.
